助力科学制定“十五五”规划是全国政协2025年工作的重要任务。刘结一介绍，全国政协围绕“十五五”时期经济社会发展中的关键性决定性因素、中国式现代化建设中需要解决的重要理论和实践问题、新征程上具有趋势性规律性的发展变化和具有前瞻性引领性的战略任务，召开专题议政性常委会会议等协商议政活动，广泛征求委员意见建议，开展多项深度研究、对策研究，提出提案480余件，报送信息200余篇，为制定“十五五”规划提供重要参考。
